Advice on harvesting and moving into 2nd flush please

This is my first run as a newbie, these are B+ and are two weeks into fruiting, the substrate is 9cm including a 1cm casing layer. I assumed I had packed the sides enough but I didn't.

My question is when it comes too harvesting I have two options, try and get the cake out and chop the shrooms on the sides etc and the rest then put back into fruiting and pick when others are ready. Or leave the ones on the side and allow to rot and contamination will kick in at somepoint and hope I get at least a 2nd and hopefully 3rd flush.

I am worried that the mycelium hasn't developed enough to create a strong mesh in the cake so taking it out could break it.

Ive read B+ are quite good at resisting contamination so could I leave the side shrooms obviously at somepoint after they rot problems will kick in.

Advice appreciated.

Hi there,

I had to fit a new kitchen tap as was constantly leaking and the hot water feed into the tap has a slight bend in the flexi hose as I really struggled to fit it in. The hot water feed is low pressure and the flow is fine coming from the tap.

I am just asking if it looks all good as I worry about if it's to bent it will start leaking at somepoint.

The hot water when all turned off still was coming from through and I had to take the sink out to get better access to the hot and cold feed copper pipes so the job was challenging and I am not a plumber.

Please see photos attached and advise me if all okay.

Thanks
