Georgia ICU residency advice please!
Hi everyone,
I am looking to get some more insight into the process of getting into a nurse residency in Georgia. I am from out of state (florida). I have applied to Emory, 3 piedmont hospitals, and 2 northside hospitals May 18th. I did get a "save the date" from emory for interview scheduling and the link dropped at 1:01pm and I was on by 1:03 and there was no slots left... So now for Emory, I guess i have to just wait and periodically check and hope that a spot opens up?? If anyone has experienced this and has any advice please let me know or someone i can reach out to other than the early careers email? Idk i feel at a loss with this now and am hoping that another round of interview slots opens up or something...
I had a recruiter interview with one piedmont hospital already and am in the works of scheduling an interview with the hiring manager for the ICU. I'm waiting and hoping for communication from other hospitals.
