I'm maining Devastation Evoker on Horde since its the class I like most and has a really easy 4 combo with the disintegrate setups.
I haven't done War Within yet as I did pretty much all Chromie Time between Wrath(finished up to Icecrown Citadel cutscene) and Legion(3/5 zones done), so my gear is roughly lv.76 avg.
I'm aware the current expansion will probably be really up there like ilvl200 so I'd like to know what ilvl floor I need to hit before starting.
Lastly, what's the most repeatable thing I can do that's not raids/mythics? I'd prefer to be able to do stuff like timewalking with those helpful goods scaled gear drops.
