Is there anyone who can give advice regarding my father's situation? He has SSS contributions from 1989 to 2012, and since he needs to open an online account to pay for his existing salary loan, we generated a PRN number and paid that as a contribution in 2025. But lately, we realized it was a mistake because now that he’s applying for his pension, it will start in 2025 instead of 4 years ago. He’ll lose 100,000 pesos just because of this one contribution mistake. He already went to the SSS branch, and an employee said he could delete it, but then changed his mind afterward. Is there a legal way to rectify this contribution error? Thank you to those who will respond.
