Interview ended 20 minutes early after I got interrupted 2 lines into my intro — bad sign?

Had a second round interview today for a consulting role with 2 Associate Directors and honestly I can’t tell how it went.

The interview was scheduled for 1 hour but ended in around 40 minutes. It started with my introduction, but after literally 2 lines they stopped me and started cross-questioning me. Throughout the interview they interrupted quite a lot and kept asking rapid follow-up questions, so I could barely complete some answers before the next question came in.

There was very little technical questioning overall. Most of the discussion was scenario based, stakeholder focused, and around communication/adaptability.

At the end they said HR would get back to me in the coming weeks and also asked whether I was comfortable with office attendance/hybrid working arrangements.

Does this sound like a normal pressure-style consulting interview, or more like they lost interest early?
