Mammotion Support Experience – Over 2 Months for a Replacement

Hello, just sharing a follow-up on my experience with Mammotion’s customer service (based in Belgium).
After contacting them through the app about my Yuka Mini that wouldn’t power on, it took nearly three weeks to receive instructions and a return address. Once they received the unit, I waited another three weeks without updates before reaching out again.
They have now decided to send me a replacement unit, which I appreciate. However, the overall process took more than two months, which is quite long. I just hope everything goes smoothly from here.
Also, thanks for the extra blades.
