I got 10 black phantom tetras yesterday, 3 are dead and one looks like he’s about to die, he’s sideways and is barely moving

my water parameters are great, I have lots of plants, one of my albino cory’s was also dead today. I did a 25% water change after finding them. I don’t know what to do
