Myself and a mate went to a local fish a chip shop in Melbourne. I went to the grilled flake instead favour of battered.

We got home to find my grilled fish was still battered, just pan fried pancake style. This concept is mental to me.

My mate and I had a laugh about it. My sister says that she thinks that’s pretty standard.

Needless to say the dish was very average.

Irealise fish and chip styles differ across the world, but regardless of where you live, calling this “grilled fish” is borderline blasphemy.

What are everyone’s thoughts here ?
