I’ve been working as a MEAN Stack Developer in Pakistan since October (about 10 months). I joined as a fresh graduate and currently earn PKR 80k/month. I intially agreed on the pay because i was fresh. But ever since i have worked independently on multiple projects, contributing on diff features.
Since joining, I’ve worked on Angular, Node.js, MySQL, APIs, production bug fixes, and new features, and I can handle most tasks independently.
I’m planning to ask for a salary review. What would be a reasonable salary to ask for in today’s market? I feel like 80k now is def on the lower end and no one has asked for a review yet.
And is it reasonable to ask at this point or should i wait a bit more?
