Hey guys, my friend has a problem with her playstation 4 where it needs an usb inserted to install the update? thats how she explained it to me, correct me if im wrong.

Before the usb only option appeared, when she would turn on the ps it would give her the option to either cancel or proceed with the installation, if she would cancel the ps would turn off but if she proceeded the installement would get stuck at 25% and then crash. Then all over again.
