I’ve been getting more into pour-over lately, and medium roasts have really been catching my attention. There are so many beans to try, I’m starting to wonder which ones are actually worth keeping in the rotation. ☕

I'm trying to see if I've missed any cafés around Cavite, Manila, Batangas, or Rizal that serve V60/pour-over.
