hey yall, final na final na ba ang May 16 for the submission of documents?

hindi ko pa kasi nakukuha good moral ko.....😢and i dont think think aabot ng 16

i tried reaching out to ofad and foe email but i still have not yet received anything from them.

has this happened to anyone else before?

just started my (shorts) channel last week, views and engagement are somewhat okay. however my recent upload, last 12 hours ago, did not get pushed???? those 3 views were mine btw.

im wondering if this is normal or probably because that short has mascots beating up a guy??
