In so much pain, how do i get rid of it? Applied mucipricon ointment around the area but i feel like it made it worse.. Also tried popping it but no luck.. im pretty sure its infected too

Booked a doctors appointment on Monday but what can i do to relieve the pain or make it drain on its own until then?

Ive suffered from chronic ear infections for the past 3 years i believe (ear is always itchy, foul ear wax smell) but have never gotten a bump inside. Is this cyst or boil a result of me from not getting it treated? Lol
