What did you do to prevent it? I've done 2 different protocols, the last with 28 days of testesterone and estrogen priming, only to end up with a lead follicle again. I'm curious what might be suggested in the next cycle.

I've had a non-hormonal simple cyst that they're thinking about draining. Has anyone done this?
I am currently doing testesterone + estrogen priming for a Microdose Lupron Flare protocol. My AMH was 0.2 and my AFC was 6 (US measurements). I am 35. No known male factor issues.
Obviously, I would love to have 10 euploid embryos out of this round so I only have to do it once, but I know that is not the reality for DOR.
For those of you who have done a similar protocol, what would you set for realistic expectations?
