So I did multiple stacked orders and when I looked at my quests, I was genuinely dumbfounded as to how I hadn't completed all friday night quests
Then I looked over my earnings activity and all my multi stacked deliveries only counted as 1 even if I delivered 2-3 orders...
Did they just change this or have i been getting lucky the last few months?
Edit: I spoke to support and it was fixed, I even got back paid the quests which was a huge surprise tbh
I just got an email about a report of a customer claiming they didn't get their order?!
It's my first ever report they didn't even down vote or call me to say they couldn't find their order just claimed they didn't get their order which is obviously bs.
If uber checked my location data they would see that I went to every single drop off location and even stood around waiting for several customers who had meet at door.
What can I do about this? Is this going to affect my offers?
I only had 2 customers who didn't meet me to get their food, one sent me the code and said leave at door.
The other said meet at door but then their instructions said leave at door...
