Homebrew continent 'Teer Valaan' map finished. Kinda.
My first foray into largescale worldbuilding, I wanted to create a homebrew continent for me and my players to continue adventuring post Waterdeep Dragon Heist, so I present 'Teer Valaan'.
This is my first creation using Inkarnate but am mostly happy with how it turned out. I'm sure as I learn the software more I'll make slight alterations and will be adding more towns/cities/AOI names as they are discovered in session.
I will say though, I did get just a little help in the creation from my players. Before I started the map I asked them to submit some hand drawn 'shapes' which I implemented some of to create sections of the tectonics, resulting in the mountain lines and.....interesting island design.
I've also added a couple of references in a few placenames for our amusement.
EDIT: In a moment of idiocy I posted the 'grid' version of the map before realising too late. Oops. Just pretend its not there I guess.
