So I have a very old computer but it still runs well enough to where I’m usually able to play on it. Recently for some reason when I turned it off and turned it back on (Due to it freezing again) it took me to the Bios screen, now I can’t leave it. No matter what I do. I’ve went to boot and try to change the boot option but it only gives me one, i’ve also tried to load defaults which does nothing. So please someone tell me how to fix this issue
