Moisturizer/lubricant options for walks and exercise?

I’m following the doctor’s instructions for my suspected LS with the steroid protocol and am on day 17 having restarted a few weeks ago. My symptoms are mostly burning. I was feeling a lot better but made myself worse again because I took a long nature walk. I’d love to be able to take long walks again without making the burning worse. Is there a good lubricant for exercise/long walks? I’m terrified of using anything that will make things worse. Will lubricant even help? Should I hold off on walks and exercise until I finally get into remission?

Compounded base & Steroid for sensitivity?

My doctor is letting me switch from Clob to Triamcinclone because after 10 days of trying Clob, the burning feeling in my vulva that I’m trying to get rid of was getting worse.

I’d like to try the Triamcinclone in a compound cream for sensitive skin to see if it works better. Has anyone tried this? Any thoughts on if Triamcinclone will actually work without making things worse? I’m very afraid of making things worse.

Is clobetasol making things worse?

summary: my issues started as severe itching on the right side of my clitoris and over the last year I have no more itching but burning at the vaginal opening. I can’t sit with pressure on my vagina or it causes pain that persists for days. I have seen 6 docs, tested negative for everything, over treated with yeast medications am now on hrt estrogen cream, e patch and progesterone for periomenopause-47 years old. Estrogen helped but didn’t correct. I saw a Volvovaginal specialist who suspects LS but can’t biopsy b/c the grey patch is on my clitoris.

Question: I’m on day 9 of the clobetasol and the burning feels a little worse not better. I’m using it in the gray patch and the opening of the vagina where I feel the burning. Does the medicine cause more irritation before it starts to work? Do I just have to keep using it until it finally works even if it feels like it might be getting worse?
