Calling All Hybrid Workers in Metro Manila from the Following Fields: Business, Social Sciences, Architecture, NGOs, and Education
We are third year researcher-students from the Bachelor of Science, Business Management course of De la Salle University, tasked with completing our thesis titled "The Effects of Fun at Work and Perceived Organizational Authenticity on Work Engagement in Hybrid Filipino Workplaces: The Mediating Effect of Meaningful Work”. To understand how the level of fun experienced at work and the perceptions a worker has on the company's authenticity affects the work engagement they experience, as well as understanding the effects of meaningful work on the outcomes between these variables. The respondents for this paper are working hybrid Filipino professionals in the Philippines, particularly the Metro Manila area, who are in Business, Social Sciences, Architecture, NGOs, and Education.
