App froze mid ride…driver was signed out of app. In my case it was stuck mid way and did not proceed further. I had to cancel the ride. Since it was a prepaid ride, partial amount was deducted based on distance already covered. I had to pay balance to the driver based on the initial fare. Was wondering did anyone face similar issue ?
