Cyrene or M. Blade at low investment?

Since the release of Evanescia, I had to remove my RMC from my e9 team. My current team: E0S1 Evernight / E0S5 DDD Tribbie / --- / E0S1 Hyacine

I have only have enough jades to guarantee an E0S0. Should I pull for Cyrene or Mortenax Blade in 4.3?

Which rope should I use?

My team consists of E2S1 Eva / E0S1 Yao / E6S5 EMC / E0S0 Huo Huo. I know ER rope is recommended but the ATK rope gives a higher rating on Fribbels and I couldn't manage to compare their performances in game myself.
