36 hour fasts till reach 199 lbs
40 year female CW 255 pounds.
Have done ADF before and found success. But I’ve not done any fasting over the past year.
The current plan is to do three weeks of alternate day fasting followed by one week on maintenance calories. Repeat the cycle till I’ve reached 199 pounds.
I will continue to report on my progress on this particular post. I just need to be better with emotional eating and binge eating. I always have had that problem when stressed, and unfortunately it’s been a pretty stressful year.
Today, I am on my first fast.
Fast 1 (5/23) - SW 255 lbs - done! I did end up having a cheese stick, veggie broth and a pickle. But was able to get through it. Happy with the first one!
