Hi all, I'm having trouble finding decent end mill bits with small diameters for cutting aluminium. I don't want to be spending hundreds of euros on these things (it's a hobby after all), but I also have had bad experience with cheap Chinesium bits. SpeTools has been my go-to brand for bits with a pretty good balance between price and quality, but they don't offer anything at small diameters.

Who can help me out here? I'm willing to spend 10-20 euros per bit and preferably get them in a range of sizes, but at this point I'd already be happy if I found a single one. Oh and it needs to be available in Europe.

As everyone who's been on a flight before knows, we're supposed to open the window shades during takeoff and landing. I've probably been on over 100 flights and this has been the policy on every single one of those. Yet, this evening on a domestic flight in China, everyone was asked to close the shades during landing at WUX. The flight attendants were very strict with this and didn't even allow a peeping hole.

The staff wasn't competent enough in English to explain this (and my Chinese too poor), so I ask it here: why on earth would they be asking us to close the shades?
