I'm done with Lyft and switching this is beyond ridiculous

Been a Lyft driver for over 2 years but honestly after one particular incident I no longer wish to or ever want to work with Lyft ever again not even as a rider.

Got a deactivated account notification from Lyft and their reasoning was just abysmal to me. Apparently a rider found their ride unpleasant. Okay and you can just 1 star me and get another driver? I have over 1028 passengers. You're gonna get bad ones between the rides. After that ride I apparently got deactivated while driving home. The next morning a support agent called me. The support agent was fondling pages of a script trying to debate me about breaking TOS.

Well I got heated back and told them well you also broke TOS... You broke it in the worst possible way. (The support agent sounded both confused and lost in her written script.)

A day prior you guys made me pick up a passenger who was previously sexually assaulted by another Lyft driver prior to me picking her up. Now I don't know what your support service told her. But Lyft drivers are not therapists and sending someone to another driver after already experiencing traumatic events sounds like the most greedy corporate dehumanizing suggestion I've ever seen. Did you all even try to advise her to call family or friends?

Sir we were unaware of that situation why didn't you alert us about that event? Stop just, stop F$#&ing talking. I'm already pissed off about somehow breaking TOS for a ride a day after that and now my account is being threatened for permanent deactivation because your backwards a$$ company doesn't know how to manage a god dam thing. You're deactivating my account on a minor complaint but are willing to advise an abused victim to continue using your service??? Piss Off.
