I recently ordered some GuliKit TMR sticks for my Switch after noticing some occasional stick drift, and it was pretty simple to swap out actually. However, after reassembling it, it still seems to have the same drift, maybe even more frequent. I recalibrated it which still didn't seem to help. Does anyone have experience with this and know what might be happening?

I do still need to attempt reseating it, but I doubt that is the issue considering the symptoms were basically identical before and after. I wanted to post anyway and see if there's anything else I should check when I do open it up again.
