I understand voicing and am able to bend the pitch of notes down and back up, but it feels like my tongue is already as high as hit can be. Any higher it’ll just cut off the air stream. Every other note below seems to be in tune though. Yet my high notes above B are all really flat. I can’t seem to figure out what the issue is. Could it possibly be an issue with my reed/instrument?

Also, if “opening my voice” will help, can someone please explain how to do it. I see that piece of advice everywhere, but no real further explanation.
