We are looking for a roommate to join 3 bed/1 bath apartment on the border of Bushwick and Bed-Stuy for June 1! 2 minutes from the Gates Ave J stop. I have lived here for 3+ years and my roommate just recently been living here. We are looking for one more person to take the last empty room.

Logistics:
- June 1st move-in
- 1 year lease.
- $1109/month rent
- Heat and water included
- Utilities (light) and internet: $150-$250 per month total, split between 3 people (depends on season)
The apartment:
- 2nd floor
- Located 2 minutes from the Gates Ave J train stop
- Located close to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores
- Laundromat is a 4-minute walk away
- Room: Can fit a queen size bed, desk, and dresser, and has a closet.
1st and 3rd floor Tenants are amazing and we make bbq sometimes outside
Roommates:
Idris - 34 years old and Nigerian American. I am a tech photographer in midtown. I spend my time editing, working out, museums, lakes and shooting all over the city. I enjoy all things sci-fi and anime. I mostly stay in my room listening to music or reading if i am not spending time with my friends. I’m pretty adventurous and friendly, and looking to have a great experience at home with the people i live with.
Daniel - 27 years old, Mexican from San Diego. Just moved to NYC this month so looking to make new friends and explore the city. I work for the federal judiciary, and when I am not at work I am usually at the gym, meal prepping, or going out. My interest include anime, sports, and traveling.
Landlord requires:
- Rental application (landlord will provide)
- 2 yr tax return
- 2 yr W2
- 4 last pay stubs
- 2-month bank statement

- Copy of Social Security card
looking for someone friendly, responsible, and clean! i would like to have a welcoming environment, open to guests, but still being a chill and calm/quiet place to come home to.
