How much does it roughly cost to charter a jet in pakistan for domestic travel? If we considering travel between cities like isb,lhe,khi etc. Cost per hour and general cost of charter b/w these cities?

However, is there a certain threshold of income in monthly pkr one should be atleast making to be able to afford maybe long haul international business class trip (with a partner) once a year?
