It seems to me that drag racing is happening again on 21 Street near Astoria Blvd again. Has anyone else noticed it?

A few years ago Kathy Hochul made jazzing up cars for this purpose illegal and it would illicit huge fines for the mechanics that did this. It stopped for several years but it seems people are at it again. I want to be sure it’s not my imagination before I report it to 311.
