Mildly infuriating

Im not sure where else to put this because i have not contributed to r/mildlyinfuriating so im putting it in the only place that makes sense (since it happened here)
I keep thinking about the car crash my nephew got into a month ago because when the EMT’s arrived one went to check on the nephew who was injured and the other went to see my dad and I who arrived seconds after the crash (since it was right by our house) asked a different nephew (4) if he was fine.
first of all hes four second how are you going to trust a four year old who just got into a car accident if hes ok. he said he was ok and so the emt walked away. they didnt even LOOK at my niece who isnt even 2. “she would be crying if she was hurt” NOT true because every baby is different and when she gets hurt she doesnt start crying she just stands there staring at the floor with her mouth wide open. then when i went to check on my bleeding and crying nephew they said “ oh he doesnt need stitches he will be fine” He was in fact not fine. we almost didnt go to the ER because they said he didnt need to go. We went anyway and they got stitches in THREE different spots.
This just pisses me off because they didnt bother to check on the little ones and then decided the one who was actively bleeding didnt need stitches or medical attention. Thankfully the nice people in the house in-front of where it happened gave them some ice and a damp towel for their head.

Sorry for my grammer, i just needed to get this out.

this will probably get removed since it doesn’t meet the guidelines.
Of course this happened one time so i cant say “all emts in ypsi/ann arbor are bad” but i can say that this is an encounter i wish wont happen to anyone.
