I have hp omen pre built pc has Ryzen 7 7700 x 4070 super , 32GB ram and it’s stuttering like every 15 min on any game and even just browsing the web watching twitch. I removed drivers, cleared the shader cache and some other things but not nothing really helped. Any tips or suggestions it’s been a pain with this pc.
