🚨 Medical Malpractice 🚨 Avoid Mallory Family Wellness at all costs!!!

I have a lot to say about this practice but I’m honestly pretty nervous to write stuff online just bc the state of things lately.

This facility was my primary care source for many years and I just went through a horrific situation that has lasted for months with them and now I will be dealing with the fallout from their medical neglect and malpractice.

The smallest issue that ended up being the biggest issue and the nail in the coffin, was regarding my medical records. They neglected to give me my records for months despite asking. While giving them the benefit of the doubt for that, for almost 4 months, I was dealing with other issues from them, daily. Between gaslighting me, not following through, not having proper communication or being able to actually talk to a human on the phone; everything was done over email exchange.

It was insane what they put me through from February 2026- beginning of May 2026 after being a patient with them for almost half my life.

I had to file a HIPPA complaint in order to get my records (4 months late, mind you), and not only did they immediately send me my medical records, but they continued to ignore me and my requests through end of March.

April rolled around and they sent me a break-up letter via mail. Stating they cannot continue to treat patients who file complains against them. Which.. it never would’ve gotten to this if they had just sent them in the first place. The letter stated that they would effectively be my Dr. until the end of April 2026. So I immediately sent them an email on April 6, 2026, when I received the letter. I asked for all my meds to just have 6 months-a year refills (like she usually does except for addx). I have critical meds I’m on in order to stay healthy and level. They ignored my email where I was only requesting my meds, which I needed to not get sick; like I am now.

Instead of sending me an email stating they couldn’t/wouldn’t do that, they just ghosted me entirely and now I’m dealing with some serious issues and it’s only going to get worse until I can get registered with a new doctor through Medicaid. Having the motivation for that alone without some of my meds is difficult enough.

Also read reviews on yelp talking about Dr Mallory being homophonic/transphobic and denying HRT. It’s just a bad place. I honestly trusted them with my life all these years cause they seemed to be “the good guys”, even going as far as to be like buddy-buddy with me? Idk my relationship with my provider (who I found out isn’t actually a dr) was weird and it felt like they always tried to stay chummy with me until this point.

The whole thing is just a mindfuck and I didn’t expect this.

Please stay away from this practice.

Can anyone help interpret this dream? I’m usually the one with unsettling dreams/nightmares, constantly. However, my fiancée told me this dream has actually really been bothering them. Any thoughts? TYIA

“There was a table in the center of a blank room. On the table was the world, complete with miniature cities and hills, mountains, and oceans. A man approaches the table with a goat on a leash. The man points to certain cities, and the goat begins to eat them. When the goat finished, he would point to another city for the goat to eat. And this continued until the goat approached a specific city. The man told the goat something like "you can't have that one", and the goat began eating the man in response. Once the man was in lots pain, he pointed to the city that the goat couldn't have earlier. The goat left the man alone, and began eating the city. This happened many times. Some cities were okay for the goat to have, and some were not. But every time the man told the goat "you can't have that" the goat would start eating the man instead. Such horrible screaming when the man would be bitten. But each city that was eaten was silent. They went around the whole table doing this repeatedly over and over until the entire table was covered in rubble. Once no cities remained, only the goat and man were left. I watched the goat eat the entire man, screaming with every bite. At one point the man reached out his hand towards the table, grasping at the rubble, trying to feed it to the goat instead of his own body. But the goat didn't care for the rubble and absentmindedly continued eating the man until nothing was left. Then the goat walked away without the man and disappeared through the wall of the blank room.

The next dream the following night: I could again hear the goat chewing and the footsteps of the man that was leading it around. I recognized the sound immediately and tried to find them, but no matter where I looked I couldn't find them. Looking around so frantically stressed me out, and I woke up with more questions than I had before.”

I’m not sure why people think it’s acceptable to start just hitting geese and ducks on the road, but in Fort Collins, the geese are HEAVILY protected and locals for decades have respected them on the roads.

It’s been an entirely new thing I’ve seen left and right every single day for a while now. I’m an uber driver and I see a lot.

If you’ve just moved here, or you know college students, or people who don’t understand how Coloradans live; well, we respect our land and wildlife!!

We are literally one of the most known places in the world to have such awesome wildlife rescues and programs to support our local wildlife here in Colorado.

I understand geese are dumb mfers but damn I’ve never seen so many dead geese (including baby geese) lately in the road in all my 30 years living here.

Also, as an uber driver, I’ve never experienced so much road rage and hostile drivers on the road than in the last few years. Please do better. We all have families to come home to.
