Hello! I am starting to plan a Greece trip. This will be me and my husbands first time in Greece. We are looking for white sandy beaches, and good food. Maybe a little nightlife. Will this be found in Paros, Naxos or Milos?

I am starting to plan a trip to Greece for next year and looking for some recommendations for September time. We love a good sandy beach, the option to maybe get a boat and go around the water, good food, beautiful landscapes and good food. Most likely NOT going to rent a car
We are thinking Naxos, Paros, or Milos. Maybe two of the three places.
What recommendations do you have? How long would we need? Maybe 7-8 days we would be able to go
