So this has been happening for 2 months now when I try to go online it says something went wrong I’ve contacted support they have emailed me but any time I show them my issue they don’t respond I’ve done all the steps the only thing that works is buying a new phone which I used my old trap phone and it worked for a few weeks and I went to New York came back and same thing is happening and I’ve done all the steps support recommended and I’ve been contacted and they are no help here is a screenshot of what I’m dealing with
