Tenancy Takeover: Top-Floor Studio + £200 Incentive

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for next academic year, as I’ll be starting a placement and won’t be living in Birmingham.
I’m happy to offer £200 to anyone who successfully takes over the flat.
The flat is a top-floor studio at 98 Dale, Room 2R, with the tenancy running from 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2027. Rent is £750 per month, with bills included for water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi.
The studio has its own kitchen and private bathroom, so there’s no shared kitchen or shared bathroom. It also has a washing machine and dryer, good natural light, and is on a quiet floor with only one other flat opposite.
The location is very convenient for University of Birmingham students. It’s opposite Jarratt Hall, around a 5-minute walk to the main library, and close to Selly Oak shops including Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Chinese supermarkets, Korean supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and other local amenities.
The tenancy transfer would be done properly through Unihousing.
