Is there a color remover? The lady and I decided on light honey brown/light brown. This is what she did and I hate it unfortunately it’s not what I asked for or what we discussed.

Pictures tell the story. Today she saw me this morning she said “i could’ve done the color you wanted and asked for, but in a week it would look ugly or i could do this darker color and it would fade nicely”
