had a interview recently(retails sales associate) what now? would I have gotten a offer during the interview or do they call after? what was your experience?

What is this role (is it like cashier/stocker/help customers find stuff)? Whats the interview process like (obv it varies but in general. What are you expected to know and asked about during interview? What is a day to day working like? Avg hourly pay?
