How to level up Dinos and players to the maximum

I'd like to ask everyone who's a senior player: I want to cap out my level at around 500 in Ark Survival Ascended. Is it possible to modify files to increase the level cap like in Ark Survival Evo?

Battleye bad version

Could someone in the community please give me some advice? I tried setting up a server within the game by running it as a dedicated server, then I launched the game through shootergame_BE.exe. When I tried to join the server, it wouldn't connect and I got a "Battleground bad version" error message like in the image
