Ok, quick help please…looking for a place to go and sit and eat some quality dessert. Not high end fancy, necessarily, but well made. Edit: Must be open until at least 8:30 or 9pm to accommodate our schedules.

I like pie, my wife likes cakes, and we aren’t having much luck searching. Years ago we’d have gone to a diner, but quality choices at such establishments seem to have all but disappeared.

Any suggestions? Happy to drive say a half hour in any direction.
