Should I move in or not?Help
I haven't move in yet but paid 1 month deposit.We have visited three times.The house was very dirty and not even repainted.The owner told us that he would get it cleaned by urban club.But they didn't.We had to tell them like 3 times no action.The furnishing they provided were either broken or in a very bad shape.The teapoy glass was being held together by cello tape,the sofa had holes and many parts broken,the windows metal have holes and the railings were filled with dirts and soils,the bathroom window was filled with dirts and rats poop,the kitchen has sticky oil residue and the toilet lid was broken.The geysers were not fixed.There were cockroaches.When we asked when the urban club would clean it,they shifted the responsibility on us.Then,the building owner(the wife)called asking for rent for this month.When we replied that we'll send it after they clean the place,she said that it's not a 5 star hotel and won't be as clean as one,if we want such good treatment we should just stay in a 5 star hotel, and that we are expecting too much from them.If they had known we would be like this,they would've rented it to another and all kinds of things.Now I'm wondering whether I should move in or not?Because if we don't we'll not get the deposit back.
