I am going on holiday in late June but my Flo is saying I will be on my period during then which is annoying because I rlly struggle to use tampons. Is there any way I can bring forward my period to happen before it would normally occur? (I’m worried about doing this as I have my exams and don’t want my cramps to prevent me from revising or performing as well)

Or would it also be possible to have it delayed until after my holiday (which is 6 days) - but I’m also worried that if it doesn’t delay my period for long enough itll still end up coming during my holiday.

I’d prefer if these solutions are short term so it doesn’t mess with my cycle too much but any advice would be appreciated :)
