The ATT prepaid customer service and website totally suck. I've been doing the $300 annual plan and every time I try to renew it or attempt to contact customer service I feel like I'm in a third world country.

Welcome to Tennessee where you get taxed without any representation.

I made the mistake of buying a house in Greene County.

I've emailed my state level reps a few times with no reply. Tried calling and no answer-straight to voicemail.

Is this how things are in Tennessee ?

I did contact the federal reps. They did respond but weren't any help with something else.
