Hoping to see if anyone has seen an IBCLC or other professional in Sydney for bottle feeding help that they would recommend - we’ve been trying to get our 5 month old to take a bottle for 3 months now and am getting very stressed as I’m heading back to work soon so will need our baby to be able to take a bottle.

We’ve tried all the usual recommended bottles (no luck with pigeon sof touch, she doesn’t hate nuk perfect match but still won’t latch properly), distraction techniques, different temperatures, different person (not mum) offering the bottle all with no success - we’re feeling out of options. We’ve also seen our family child nurse, GP and tresillian for assistance who have given us suggestions we’ve already tried and failed with, so a private consultation feels like the only option left for us.

Baby is biting on the teat as she would with a teething toy but won’t suck, and takes about 40 min to get 10-15ml down.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! Thank you
