I would like to ask what are the chances of myself getting banned if I make a new account?

I have been recently disabled *again* on the 24th of April. I am currently and HAVE been using my 2nd account and I was wondering what are the chances of getting banned if I made a new account. My other accounts linked on my account center as well are not affected either.

I am not IP Banned or device banned, it's been like this since last year until I got unbanned on my main account. I got banned last year for the same thing like many of you and ended up being free after waiting a bit (taking no action at all btw) but it seems to me now that it's probably permanent this time as it's been almost 2 weeks (hopefully not).
