Basically Yor and her fellow Garden assassins have the ability to sense the presence of people around them and stuff like malice , blood lust etc.
But it is not consistent? ( A plot hole?)
Like see in cruise arc, she mentioned she couldn't sense the presence of those assassins because they were really strong and competent, >!but then how did she sense hemlock's presence? Isn't he strong and competent too? she can also sense malice but couldn't sense malice of Fiona or Nightfall who had malicious intent of killing her by finding an opening in ep 21?!<She could sense the presence of a fellow assassins in drunken state and fought like a pro with Twilight in castle when she was drunk but couldn't sense the presence of city hall workers stalking her in chapter 119 just because she was drunk!<
