I've spent a chunk of the night trying to figure out why my RTK has never come online since I bought the machine. I did every trick (unplug/plug back in, rebind, factory reset, reinstall app) and I could never get my RTK to come online. I opened the RTK box and looked around at the inner hardware but nothing seemed unordinary. I plugged my phone charger into the USB and the red light turned on (no light is on when its plugged in normally) so I went outside and put it back on its stand and it flipped to "Online"! I got out the mower and tried to get going but as soon as I put the battery back in the mower (was unplugged for an hour) and turned it on, the RTK flipped to offline. I was confused, I retested power on the RTK again but gave up, put the mower back inside and turned it off. Sat back down to find out that the RTK flipped back to online.
Earlier in the week I had the mower off but the RTK was offline too. Anyone seen this issue before? Feel like I'm losing my mind trying to figure out why the RTK won't work. Screenshots show I was out with the bot and the RTK has stats but is offline. 6 minutes later I give up and put everything away and leave the RTK plugged in outside and find it's showing that it's online.
