Kidney Failure Overnight

I brought my dog to the vet the other day due to red watery eyes. She was completely fine and normal but due to the red eyes felt that she might have alergies or an eye problem. The vet had the dog take nyamicin eye ointement, prednisone, and gabapentin. For the next two days she was doing better with clear eyes, eating fine, peeing and pooping regularly, active and happy. The next day she threw up in the morning and then again later in the day. Later on in the night I noticed that she was shaking and panting and seemed weak. At this point my thought was that one of the drugs that the vet provided caused these worsening symptoms so I brought her to another vet that is largely regarded as the best in the area. They took her in and she was there for about 36 hours. At first they said it was that her kidneys were really bad then they shifted to pancreatitis and finally decided that it was the kidneys again and said that they became twice as bad even though they had her on fluids the entire time she was there. She has incontinente right now and won’t eat anything and hasn’t for several days. We took her home and she has been back here for about 8 hours. We already provided her with a dose of IV since being home. Still won’t eat. It seems like she’s suffering and not getting better and I am at a complete loss for what I should do.
