Help with Moza R3 troubleshooting
Hello everyone, I know this is not exactly the best place for this but for some reason I can't post on the moza subreddit so I'm trying here.
Today I got a second-hand Moza R3 bundle. I had never had a wheel before and I was understandably very excited. I plugged everything in, all was working perfectly, I played some Assetto Corsa and some F1 25 and that was that. Then I left, came back later to play a bit more, played for around 30 minutes and suddenly in the menu the rim stopped responding. No buttons worked, paddles stopped working, nothing. I tried another game, also nothing. At this point the LEDs of the wheel were still on but nothing else worked.
After that i rebooted the pc and the base, and in the Moza app the wheel appears as "Disconnected" but the base and pedals still work fine. Since then, I've tried: removing the wheel, changing USB ports, reinstalling the Moza app, trying another PC, rebooting PC and base, reconnecting all cables, etc. nothing seems to work. Besides that I hear a faint high pitch electronic sound coming the connection between the base and the wheel that I don't think was there before.
I've already documented everything and contacted seller, so in the worst case buyer protection should kick in, but would just like to know if I'm maybe missing something obvious or if there's a fix for such an issue that I wasn't able to find. Thank you!
