I’m a 23-year-old Vietnamese male and I’ve been admitted to the University of Koblenz. I’ll be starting my studies in Summer Semester 2027.

I’m currently looking for accommodation in Koblenz, with a budget of around €400/month.

I’ll also apply for student housing, but I’d like to explore other options as well, such as a 2-person WG or a small apartment.

For those already living in Koblenz, where would you recommend looking for accommodation? Any websites, groups, or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Also, is a 2-person WG or small apartment within ~€400/month realistic in Koblenz?

📊 GPA: ~2.1 (German scale)
🇬🇧 IELTS: 6.5
💻 ~1.5 years of experience as a Software Engineer

Timeline

• Applied via uni-assist (deadline: 15 June)
• 5 Aug: Received admission
• 5 Aug: Applied for student housing (Auf dem Hellen Weyer)
• 18 Sep: Online enrolment opens

I've decided to postpone my studies and start in the Summer Semester 2027 instead of Winter Semester 2026/27.

I was wondering if anyone else is planning to start the M.Sc. Web & Data Science program at Koblenz in Summer 2027. Would be great to connect! 😊
