Poor Dryer Installation

Had a stackable washer/dryer combo installed at our new house the other day. First few loads of laundry, there was water/condensation inside the glass and our bedding was not being dried.

Turns out, the builders of the house put some kind of felt pad inside the dryer vent to the exterior so animals didn’t get in and heat didn’t escape.

The Lowe’s installation team COMPLETELY ignored it and it was only once my wife realized that we figured it out. This could have been a huge fire hazard and I’m super frustrated. This was supposed to be a full installation and they just missed it and ignored it. In addition, they punched several holes in the dryer vent during the installation.

What should I do here?
